I cannot say enough GREAT things about the flooring installation work that was done by Douglas. He was truly the best flooring professional I have ever worked with. From the very beginning, he was reliable, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. His craftsmanship was outstanding, and the finished floors look absolutely beautiful. He was punctual, respectful of the home, and kept the work area clean and organized throughout the entire project. He communicated clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was completed perfectly. His work ethic, professionalism, and pride in what he does really set him apart. His pricing was honest, competitive, & reasonable especially considering his high quality of work. Doug is a true craftsman! He did the tile work for our entire house, and we’ve received many compliments on the quality of the work. Doug is a hard worker, and he even came back twice after he was paid in full to make sure the punch-list was complete and that we were 100% satisfied. He’s responsive and easy to talk to. If you want great looking tile work, Doug is the guy!
