I cannot say enough GREAT things about the flooring installation work that was done by Douglas. He was truly the best flooring professional I have ever worked with. From the very beginning, he was reliable, knowledgeable, and incredibly detail-oriented. His craftsmanship was outstanding, and the finished floors look absolutely beautiful. He was punctual, respectful of the home, and kept the work area clean and organized throughout the entire project. He communicated clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was completed perfectly. His work ethic, professionalism, and pride in what he does really set him apart.
